INTERIOR DESIGN

Our Work
At Factotum Interiors, we believe that great interior design begins long before the first piece of furniture is selected—or even before a property is chosen.
We support our clients from the very beginning of their journey, helping them evaluate, envision, and transform spaces into homes that truly reflect their lifestyle. Whether starting from an empty floor plan, a property under consideration, or a space in need of reinvention, our approach combines creative vision with structured thinking.
With a solid foundation in project management, we bring clarity and method to the design process—translating ideas into actionable plans, optimising layouts, and guiding each decision with purpose. The result is a seamless experience where aesthetics and functionality work hand in hand.
Every project is approached as a unique story. We listen, analyse, and design with intention—creating spaces that are not only beautiful, but also deeply personal, practical, and made for real life.
Because real luxury is a space designed around you.
01
Villa Marsileni
Renovation and extension of a derelict 1920s seaside property in Liguria, Italy. The project addressed significant structural constraints and regulatory limitations, allowing expansion only on the ground floor within a defined footprint. Designed as a holiday home with the comfort of a primary residence, the layout includes two bedrooms, up to six sleeping spaces, and two bathrooms, combining spatial efficiency with coastal living quality.
02
South African Vibes
A high-end villa project located in an exclusive residential complex in South Africa. Purchased off-plan, the property allowed for extensive customisation of finishes and bespoke furniture. The project focused on space planning and furniture sourcing, particularly for the living area and master suite, offering multiple layout options to balance functionality, aesthetics, and lifestyle preferences.
03
In-town apartment
Renovation of a 78 sqm apartment in the historic centre of a small Italian village, left unmaintained for decades. Designed for a single occupant with occasional guests, the project aimed to optimise space efficiency, introduce a dedicated laundry area, and reconfigure an oversized bedroom. The result is a more functional and balanced layout tailored to modern living.
