PROJECT SCOPE & MANDATE

The client requested a full renovation of an apartment that had been let without maintenance for several decades.

As a single occupant who would occasionally host guests, the client sought a functional layout with optimised use of space.

A dedicated laundry area was required. The original master bedroom was perceived as oversized, and the client wished to reconfigure and optimise this area to better suit their needs.
